Event Details:

Virtual Information: 

Virtual Registration Fee: $125 is the estimated fee for Virtual Attendance. Attendees will receive an invoice with the final fee within 30 days of the event. 

Please be sure to register for Zoom attendance ahead of time. Zoom information will also be included in the Outlook Invite

In-Person Information: 

In-Person Registration Fee: $950-1,050 is the estimated fee for in-person attendees. Attendees will receive a final invoice within 30 days of the event. Please be sure to include a billing email in your registration form, if applicable.

Room Rate: $257 per night plus taxes and fees (total can be found at time of booking at the link provided below.)

Parking: Self-parking is discounted four our group to $18 per day. The hotel also offers valet parking at an additional cost.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 12 Noon 

Booking Information: Please click the link provided after selecting in-person attendance to book your accommodations at Portola Hotel.

Room Changes or Cancelations: Please contact the hotel directly to make any reservation changes. Rooms should be canceled prior to 72 hours before check-in. Reservations received after Monday, September 30, 2024, or when our room block has been filled will be honored on a space and rate availability basis only.

Meals Provided for In-Person Attendees:

• OCT 28 – DAY 0: (Travel Day) All meals during travel day will be on-own.
• OCT 29 – DAY 1: (Board Meeting) Breakfast, Lunch, AM Snack, PM Snack, Coffee, Tea, & Ice Water all day, plus CAPCOA Membership Dinner
• OCT 30 – DAY 2: (Board Meeting) Breakfast, Lunch, AM Snack, PM Snack, Coffee, Tea, & Ice Water all day. Dinner will be on-own.
• OCT 31 – DAY 3: (Legislative Committee Meeting) Breakfast, AM Snack, Coffee, Tea, & Ice Water for the half day. (Travel Home)
