• Tuesday, January 6th (Full Day) 
• Wednesday, January 7th (Half Day)

Location: 

• Embassy Suites Hotel San Diego Bay, Downtown 
  • 601 Pacific Highway. San Diego, CA 92101
  • Room Rate: $169 Per Night (Plus Taxes and Fees) 
  • Hotel Perks Provided:
    • Complimentary Full Breakfast Buffet each morning 
    • Complimentary Nightly Reception including drinks and light appetizers (Must have hotel key card for access)
    • Complimentary Wi-Fi in Guest Rooms 
    • Waived Destination Fee (Normally $25)
    • Parking Fee Discounted to $50 Per Night (Normally $70)

***Please Note: If you’d like to participate in the hotel provided breakfast buffet, but are not planning to stay overnight at the hotel – please indicate this in the form. Unfortunately, the nightly reception is reserved for hotel guests only. 

Registration Fees:

Registration Fees are estimated based on the expected total event costs. Final fees will be calculated after the event and invoices will be sent out within 30 days. 

Estimated Registration Fee: 

• In Person – $600 
• Virtual – $150

***Please Note: If a registrant is unable to attend and cancels after the December 19 deadline, the registration fee may still apply. Final determinations will depend on any fees or adjustments imposed by the hotel. CAPCOA staff will make every effort to negotiate with the hotel to minimize or eliminate additional charges in the case of an unavoidable cancellation; however, we cannot guarantee that the fee will be waived. 

Meals Provided:

• Travel Day: No Meals Provided by CAPCOA
• Tuesday, January 6th – Lunch and 2 Snacks during the meeting, with Coffee/Tea provided throughout the meeting. (Breakfast Buffet included with hotel room rate), plus Board Dinner at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, located directly across the street from the hotel at 789 W Harbor Dr Suite 158, San Diego, CA 92101.
• Wednesday, January 7th – Coffee/Tea provided throughout the meeting. (Breakfast Buffet included with hotel room rate)
