DESCRIPTION:**Please submit the registration form by COB Friday\, August 21\, 2026.**  \n\n\n\nEvent Information \n\n\n\nLocation \n\n\n\nEmbassy Suites by Hilton San Diego Bay Downtown \n\n\n\n601 Pacific Highway \n\n\n\nSan Diego\, CA 92101 \n\n\n\nAgenda \n\n\n\nA detailed meeting agenda will be distributed as soon as it is available. \n\n\n\nImportant Deadlines \n\n\n\n\nRegistration Deadline – Friday\, August 21st\, 2026\n\n\n\nCancellation Deadline – Friday\, August 21st\, 2026\n\nAs CAPCOA must commit to meeting event costs well before the actual Retreat\, please note that cancelling after this deadline may incur a cancellation fee equal to the full registration amount.\n\n\n\n\n\nHotel Reservation Deadline – Saturday\, August 29th\, 2026\n\n\n\n\nRegistration Fees \n\n\n\n\nVirtual Attendance\n\nRegistration Fee: $150\n\n\n\nThe Zoom information will be included in the meeting agenda and calendar invitation. CAPCOA makes every effort to establish registration fees as fairly and accurately as possible.
