Meeting Registration

• REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED – Please reach out to CAPCOA Staff at Staff@CAPCOA.org if you’d like to register. All attendees are asked to complete the meeting registration form using the link provided in the event email or on the members website. Please submit your registration by COB on April 27th, 2026.

Virtual Attendee Information

• Virtual Registration Fee: $150 is the estimated registration fee. Attendees will receive an invoice with the final fee within about 30 days of the event.

• In Person Registration Fee: $1,370

A room block has been reserved for CAPCOA members and guests attending the meeting at The Palm Springs Renaissance Hotel. Please use the hotel booking link provided below to reserve your room for the meeting dates. The CAPCOA group rate will be available until April 27th, 2026.

• Room Rate: $209 per night, plus any taxes or fees assessed by the hotel (Resort Fee is waived for our group, but other taxes and fees may apply)

• Check-In: 4:00 PM – The hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before check-in time, however guest rooms may not be immediately available. The hotel will provide baggage storage if needed, for a fee assessed by the hotel.
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM – Late Check-Out requests must be made directly with the hotel. The hotel will review and allow based on demand. A late departure fee of $75 will apply.

Meals and Refreshments Provided for In-Person Attendees

• Meals will be provided as follows:
• Coffee and tea will be available throughout the meeting
• Day 0: No meals will be provided on travel day
• Day 1 and 2: Breakfast and lunch will be provided
• Day 1 Dinner: Membership Dinner will be held on Day 1 – Location: Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel – Sierra Room
• Day 3: Only Breakfast will be provided on the final day, lunch will not be provided
